1. Glossary / Definitions
Personal Data:
Personal data (PBD) in French law refers to any information relating to an identified natural person, such as: name, email address, phone number, billing information, or date of birth.
Right to Erasure:
The right to erasure of personal data allows any citizen of an EU Member State to request that an organization delete the personal data concerning them.
Cookies:
Cookies are used to store your customer ID in an online shop, the current contents of your shopping cart, the website language setting, or an identifier for statistical or advertising tracking of your browsing behavior.
Processing:
Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, or storage.
When we refer to "personal information" in this privacy policy, we mean both device information and order information.

2.1 When You Visit Our Website
When you browse our website, we automatically collect certain information about you. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”

_session_id: Unique session ID, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

_visit: No stored data, remains active for 30 minutes after the last visit. Used by our provider’s internal analytics system.

_uniq: No stored data, expires at midnight (visitor’s local time) the next day. Counts the number of visits to a shop per unique customer.

cart: Unique ID, active for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id: Unique session ID.

storefront_digest: Unique ID, used to determine whether the current visitor has access to a password-protected shop.
Tracking Pixels:

Facebook Pixel (Meta): Collects information about how you browse and interact with the website.

Google Pixel: Tracks visitor behavior and measures ad campaign performance.

TikTok Pixel: Captures user actions after interaction with TikTok ads.

Snapchat Ads Pixel: Tracks actions following interactions with Snapchat ads.

Pinterest Pixel: Analyzes user behavior after interactions with Pinterest content or ads.
2.2 When You Make a Purchase
When you place an order, we collect certain personal data to process and ship your order. This automatically collected data is called “Order Information.”

Identification Data: First name, last name, email address, phone number, etc., to confirm your identity.

Contact Data: Email address, postal address, billing address, phone number, bank details, payment information.

Security Data: IP address, date and time of visit, time spent on the site — used to secure our network and improve services.
About Banking Data:
We do not store sensitive banking information. We use Shop Pay, which works with Stripe, a certified payment service provider. Stripe manages payment data according to applicable security standards.
3. Security of Your Data
SYKZ undertakes to take appropriate measures to protect your personal data, particularly against destruction, alteration, loss, modification, disclosure, or unauthorized access.
We use technical and organizational procedures such as data encryption (hashing), SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encoding, and secure server storage.
Your password is not visible to us, as it is hashed and cannot be reversed.
Regarding banking data:
We use certified payment providers. Your payment information is stored only with your consent.
Note:
Never share your login credentials with third parties. Log out after your session, especially if you share your device. We are not responsible for password misuse unless it results from our own fault.
4. Data Retention
You have the right to have the data collected about you deleted at any time.
If you do not request deletion, your data will be stored indefinitely.
5. Data Sharing and Transfers
We share your personal data with third parties that help us use this information, such as Google Analytics 4, to better understand how customers use our website.

Tracking Pixels:
Various platforms (e.g., Facebook) use pixels to measure and target campaigns. Their use is governed by the respective privacy policies of those platforms.

Data Transfer Outside the EU:
Your data may be transferred outside the EU (e.g., to platforms like Google, Facebook (USA), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, especially through the use of EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your Rights
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to correct, update, or delete it.

7. Cookie Restriction
You can also use your browser’s private/incognito mode, which does not completely block cookies but anonymizes them better and prevents browsing history from being stored.
