Definitions

 

  • Working Day: A day considered to be a normal working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France).

 

Order Processing Times

 

All processing times are based on Paris Time (CET/CEST), which is typically 1 hour ahead of UK time (GMT/BST).

  • Orders placed before 7:00 AM (Paris time) are processed and shipped the same working day at 2:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 7:00 AM (Paris time) are processed and shipped the next working day at 2:00 PM.

  1. Once the item has been shipped, home delivery times vary between 3 and 5 days. These delivery times are indicative and are met in 98% of cases.
  2. Delivery costs are clearly indicated on the payment page and are generally fixed for European customers.
  3. In the event of a dispute or non-receipt, please consult our Return and Refund Policy.

Examples

  • Royal Mail (Standard): Order on Saturday at 10 a.m. → shipped on Monday at 2 p.m. → delivered on Friday before 6 p.m.
  • Royal Mail: Order on Tuesday at 6 a.m. → shipped on Tuesday at 2 p.m. → delivered on Monday before 6 p.m.

General International Customers (Outside the EU and UK)

 

  • International orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Delivery is typically between 4 and 8 business days, depending on the carrier partner and destination.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Certain areas may be excluded (for political or security reasons). In this case, a full refund will be issued.
