Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy


1. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Free exchange of the product.

  • Return of the product and full refund.

  • Option to keep the product and receive compensation.

2. Damaged or Defective Product Received

  • Free exchange of the product.

  • Return of the product and full refund.

  • Option to keep the product and receive compensation.

3. Delay in Express Delivery

  • Compensation of €5.

  • Return of the product and full refund.

4. Withdrawal Without Using the Product

  • Free returns up to 3 times per person per year.

  • After that, the return shipping costs are at your expense.

5. Withdrawal After Using the Product

  • Return shipping at your own expense.

  • If more than 10% of the product has been used, we do not accept returns.

6. Product Marked as Delivered (No Signature), but Not Received

  • We will provide you with an affidavit to fill out and return along with a proof of identity.

  • Upon receipt, you may choose between a refund or reshipment.

7. Product Marked as Delivered with Signature (Including Pick-Up at a Parcel Point), but Not Received

  • We will provide you with the delivery proof including the signature.

  • You must file a police report and send us a copy.

  • Upon receipt of the copy, you may choose between a refund or reshipment.


Refund Instructions

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Processing time is 1 to 7 days, depending on your bank.


Return Instructions

Returns, requests, and refunds are accepted only within 90 days after delivery.
