1. Wrong Product Delivered

3. Delay in Express Delivery

4. Withdrawal Without Using the Product

Free returns up to 3 times per person per year.

After that, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
5. Withdrawal After Using the Product

Return shipping at your own expense.

If more than 10% of the product has been used, we do not accept returns.
6. Product Marked as Delivered (No Signature), but Not Received

We will provide you with an affidavit to fill out and return along with a proof of identity.

Upon receipt, you may choose between a refund or reshipment.
7. Product Marked as Delivered with Signature (Including Pick-Up at a Parcel Point), but Not Received

We will provide you with the delivery proof including the signature.

You must file a police report and send us a copy.

Refund Instructions
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Processing time is 1 to 7 days, depending on your bank.
Return Instructions
Returns, requests, and refunds are accepted only within 90 days after delivery.
