Definition

Working day: A working day is a day considered to be a normal working day by law. In France, the week has five working days under the Labor Code: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

UK customers

  1. Orders placed before 7 a.m. (Paris time) are processed and shipped the same day at 2 p.m. (if it is a working day).
  2. Orders placed after 7 a.m. (Paris time) are processed and shipped the next business day at 2 p.m.
  3. Once the item has been shipped, home delivery times vary between 3 and 5 days. These delivery times are indicative and are met in 98% of cases.
  4. Delivery costs are clearly indicated on the payment page and are generally fixed for European customers.
  5. In the event of a dispute or non-receipt, please consult our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery time

  • Royal Mail: 72 hours after shipment

Examples

  • Royal Mail (Standard): Order on Saturday at 10 a.m. → shipped on Monday at 2 p.m. → delivered on Friday before 6 p.m.
  • Royal Mail: Order on Tuesday at 6 a.m. → shipped on Tuesday at 2 p.m. → delivered on Monday before 6 p.m.

International customers

  1. International orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours.
  2. Delivery between 4 and 8 business days depending on the partner carrier.
  3. Customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Certain areas may be excluded (for political or security reasons). In this case, a full refund will be issued.
