Definition
Working day: A working day is a day considered to be a normal working day by law. In France, the week has five working days under the Labor Code: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
UK customers
- Orders placed before 7 a.m. (Paris time) are processed and shipped the same day at 2 p.m. (if it is a working day).
- Orders placed after 7 a.m. (Paris time) are processed and shipped the next business day at 2 p.m.
- Once the item has been shipped, home delivery times vary between 3 and 5 days. These delivery times are indicative and are met in 98% of cases.
- Delivery costs are clearly indicated on the payment page and are generally fixed for European customers.

- Royal Mail (Standard): Order on Saturday at 10 a.m. → shipped on Monday at 2 p.m. → delivered on Friday before 6 p.m.
- Royal Mail: Order on Tuesday at 6 a.m. → shipped on Tuesday at 2 p.m. → delivered on Monday before 6 p.m.
International customers
- International orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours.
- Delivery between 4 and 8 business days depending on the partner carrier.
- Customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Certain areas may be excluded (for political or security reasons). In this case, a full refund will be issued.
